Why It’s Important to Share Our Problems

albert
Enough has been said and written in the context of how a problem is solved by sharing it with our friends and I believe still many people are hesitant in doing so. Our ego, insecurities, and other related things come in the way of sharing our weaknesses. We don’t want to be vulnerable and sharing our problems and insecurities make us vulnerable and in some way make us more human.

A confident and macho man is celebrated in our society, the one who solves other people’s problem but the truth is that everyone have their share of problems. Problems strengthen us in some way that we perhaps will never understand and it is God’s way of telling us that we are capable of handling it.

“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them”
― Albert Einstein
There is an old proverb which says “A problem shared is a problem halved” and the reason for that is because of the involvement of the other person’s mind. I was very hesitant in sharing my vulnerability & insecurities and thankfully I am changed now. It’s very strange but after sharing my problems I felt good about myself because for a long time I used to think that I could solve my problems all by myself and I was kind of making things too complicated for myself in some way and sharing made it easier for me. My friends have been very supportive in solving my problems and I am very grateful for that.
